  1. i’ve been drinking bird nest soup every night (i only get the homemade kind back at home). the only reason why i drink it is because it’s supposed to be good for complexion.

i’ve been taking the store-bought kind online (e.g. http://www.geocities.jp/hongkong_bird_nest/index_e.htm of famous branded only of course) which is directly mailed from Hong Kong. this would be at a more affordable price.

  2. These foods are really important in a healthy diet. The vitamin K is essential for blood clotting, strengthening bones and has been linked to reducing some cancer rates.

  3. I personally would not eat bird nest soup, one they is not much scientific data on it benefits and humans were not meant to eat the nest of a swiftlet and a few different sugars and IC patients don't do well with sugar.
Keep your diet simple. Human were biological design to eat fruits and veggies/green vegetation. Truth is were were not design to eat meats, grains, dairy or even cooked food for that matter. Over the years as we all know is true we have developed more and more disease which 85% of them are contributed to diet! You are what you eat.
